By no means did I come up with the idea of chia pudding, but tons of recipes exist. This is a common ratio of 1 part chia seeds to 4 parts liquid. Top it with whatever you’d like – fruit, chia jam, nuts, nut butter, maple syrup or honey, etc.

Good Morning !
Made your chia seed pudding last night. We all LOVED it.
I added some blueberries and blended it.
Thanks Kim xoxoxo
I’m so happy to hear that! Chia seeds are great to have on hand right now. Some stores are out of eggs, and chia seeds can be used as an egg replacement in some baked goods!
Kim, yesterday I made another batch of the chia seed pudding and the corn and bean dip. Staples now in this house ❤️ How would you substitute chia for eggs ?
XO
Love it!! To make 1 “chia egg,” stir 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons water. Let sit for 5-15 minutes or until it thickens like a gel. Depending on the recipe, it may not turn out just like it would with egg, but it can be used in recipes for cookies and quick breads.
