Ingredients

  • 1 medium kabocha squash
  • 1 delicata squash
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Slice squash into wedges. Toss with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
