Not-cho Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Soak cashews in water for 4-8 hours. Drain. | |

In a food processor, combine all ingredients until very smooth. Heat the sauce until warm and use as desired. |
