Not-cho Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Step 1
Soak cashews in water for 4-8 hours. Drain.
Step 2
In a food processor, combine all ingredients until very smooth. Heat the sauce until warm and use as desired.
