Creamy Hearts of Palm Dip
Ingredients
- 1 14-oz can hearts of palm (drained)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt to taste

Combine hearts of palm, olive oil, and garlic in food processor. Pulse until hearts of palm are finely chopped and well-combined, but not pureed. Add salt to taste. | |

Serve with mini bell peppers, cucumbers, or chips. |
