Creamy Hearts of Palm Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz can hearts of palm (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • salt to taste

Directions

Step 1
Combine hearts of palm, olive oil, and garlic in food processor. Pulse until hearts of palm are finely chopped and well-combined, but not pureed. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Serve with mini bell peppers, cucumbers, or chips.
